What is needed to enroll ?
Enrollment begins with a phone call or visit to our center.

Please have the following information ready:
Child's name and birthdate
Days and hours needed for childcare
Phone number where you can be contacted
**There may be a waiting list for your child's age group
Once your child is accepted, the following will be needed BEFORE they begin:
- A completed doctor’s assessment, immunization record
- An emergency contact form
- A registration fee of $42.00 - per family (per year)
Enrollment priority is given to siblings of existing children
